Commentary:  The presence of foramen caecum molare on the vestibular surface of some molars (blue arrows) is also noted, as mentioned above, this is in connection with a defect in the mineralization of the tooth, and was very likely to have been colonized later by bacteria and cause caecum, as appears to be starting to occur in one of these molars.
